GUIDELINES FOR THE ADMISSION : • A Student seeking admission to the school is registered only after the completed registration form is submitted to the school. •The Application Form attached with the prospectus must be completed and registered. • Based on the admission test and other criteria ,the school reserves the right to admit students who are found fit for admission . •No refund of fees for withdrawal. •Admission is done on the basis of an entrance test to assess the ability of the students . •A student seeking admission to any class in a 'School'will be eligible for admission to that class only if she has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making her eligible for admission to that class . •Satisfies the requirements of age limits as determined by CBSE. Following documents should be submitted: •The School Leaving certificate/ Transfer Certificate • Documents in support of her having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination. • Birth Certificate •Photocopy of Aadhar Card (child as well as parents) • PAN Number • 4 passport size photographs of the child • 2 passport size photographs each of mother and father TEACHING METHODOLOGY: Teaching methods in the classrooms are interactive and aim at generating interest and developing a range of learning skills. It also makes the children academically sound ,developing their creativity and communication skills .Our teaching is also technologically powered by smart classes. Group discussions projects, Educational trips , Excursions,lnformation technology ,Seminars are the methods that stimulate interest and motivation among the students. Code of Conduct: •Parents are required to co-operate with the school in helping their children progress.. •Regular interaction of the students with the teachers will help to address concern and monitor progress. •Parents are requested to send students in perfect uniform always . •All students are expected to speak only in English at school and we request the parents to encourage the students to do so at home as well. •Parents can meet the principal during the VISITING HOURS. •Parents must not enter the classroom to see their wards or teachers during the school hours. They can only meet the teachers on Parent Teacher Meetings. •Parents should check the bags of their children as well as class watsapp groups for any circular, notice or invitation that may have been issued. •Any change in address, contact number ,email -ld must be intimated in written to school office. •Half day leaves should be avoided as far as possible ,for security reasons. •Children when sick should not be sent to school ,for any specific medical problem ,the parents must inform the school authority prior to the session . •Care must be taken of all school property and no student should damage any school furniture and other objects.Students who are negligent will be charged for the damage. •Students are not allowed to bully or intimidate other students,staff or teachers. In case of any problem ,they are encouraged to contact the counsellor and /or the Principal, for the complaints, if any . •Students suffering from any infectious disease must complete the quarantine period before rejoining school. This should be indicated on the medical certificate duly signed by a competent doctor. •All students shall bring the school diary to school everyday .Parents are expected to check the diary daily & sign wherever required . •No valuable articles and gold jewellery to be worn by the students .School is not responsible for goods ,money or jewellery lost. •Parents /Guardians of such students who do not avail school transport should report at the school gate 10 minutes before the school gets over to collect their wards. •Parents should not argue with the teachers /other students or the conductor/ driver present in the conveyance. • lf there is any problem ,a written complaint to the Principal or Administrative office should be given. Assesment: Promotion of the higher class at the end of the academic year is on the basis of continuous assessment and in the accordance with the rules decided upon by the School Examination Committee. Faculty: EDUCOLE has a well-qualified, experienced and hardworking staff, not only expert in their own field but trained to motivate students towards holistic learning. The faculty of EDUCOLE consists highly qualified teachers, who have extensive teaching experience in their respective fields. Each staff member imbibes the EDUCOLE culture and ethos, which is the thread that binds the entire teaching fraternity .The teaching staff is enthusiastic, dedicated, conscientious and highly motivated to adapt to new innovative ideas and well versed with modern education system.
